Certification of the helipads implies their commissioning as capital construction projects and as aviation infrastructure facilities.

To introduce the customer to the specifics of helipads implementation, we draw up a roadmap describing the complete list of works to obtain an officially registered and ready-to-accept aircraft facility when organizing the work.

Certification of the helipad generally consists of the following stages:

STAGE 1

Pre-project approval of helipad location (if required);

For example, a helipad must be approved if it is located in an airfield area or in an area where various services impose a restricted flight zone.

STAGE 2

Approval of the helipad design in the examination of project documentation;

As a capital construction object, the helipad requires obtaining a positive conclusion of the design documentation expertise before obtaining a construction permit.

Obtaining a construction permit.

STAGE 4

Development of the Aeronautical Helipad Certificate

The Aeronautical Navigation Certification shall include all current aeronautical information for a given helipad indicating helipad characteristics, equipment (or lack thereof), and data for carrying out flights at the helipad.
