Performed a range of engineering surveys following SP 47.13330.2012 "Engineering surveys for construction" including the following surveys:
Based on the engineering surveys, we developed a set of design documents in compliance with the requirements of the Government Decree No. 87.
Developed estimates to assess the estimated cost of construction.
The engineering survey reports and design documentation are sent for expert review, where we and the client obtain approval of all our decisions and a positive expert opinion.
In addition, the expert appraisal assesses the reliability of the estimated cost of construction.
Following the requirements of the Order of the Federal Agency for Air Transport No. 260-P dated March 4, 2020, we prepared the required set of documents for the application to the Interregional Territorial Directorate of the Federal Agency for Air Transport, defended the decisions and obtained a construction permit for the facility.
Detailed design solutions, final bill of quantities, purchase specifications for materials and equipment.
Technical equipment has been procured well in advance, allowing construction and installation works to begin without delay.
The construction of the facility takes about 1 month.
Upon completion of construction and installation works, pre-commissioning works, acceptance tests were performed.
As part of the works:
- In accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 1 of 18 January 2005 and the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 297 of 20 October 2014. We performed ground and flight checks of the process equipment;
- In accordance with the requirements of Order No.449 of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of 05 November 2020. We carried out the survey of high altitude obstacles within a radius of 5 km from the helipad;
- We developed and registered Aeronautical Helipad Certificate, Transport Safety Passport. In accordance with the requirements of Order No.449 of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 05 November 2020 and requirements of Government Decree No.2090 of 29 November 2021.
In accordance with the requirements of Order of the Federal Agency for Air Transport No. 260-P of 04 March 2020
We drew up the required set of documents for the application to the Ministry of Transport of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, secured solutions and obtained the permit to commission the facility.
In accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 250 dated 19 August 2015, we sent a notification to the Interregional Territorial Directorate of the Federal Agency for Air Transport about the start of activities at the landing site and received the officially commissioned helipad.
